Mill City Rockers (MCR) is Awesome!!!
Reviewed by Janice, Publisher.

MCR Makes History as the first rock band nominated for a grammy that features a father and son on guitars.

The Mill City Rockers have been called Americas Favorite Biker Band.

As usual, I am always a bit suspicious of hype that says things like best, #1, top, or whatever, unless I check things out and decide for myself. If Im going to pass along hype like this, its got to be for real. After all, my reputation for knowing hit songs is on the line.

This band is for real and they really cook!!

The Mill City Rockers sent me a package that included several of their CDs. Ill tell you what - this band is REDHOT!!! I keep their latest CD constantly playing when Im driving in the car, which I do from time to time when I need to carry groceries and they wont all fit in my saddlebags. MCR is a terrific reason to get a CD player installed on a motorcycle.

The Mill City Rockers are the only band nominated for a grammy award which has a father and son who are both super talented guitar players.

Mill City Rockers have a web site where you can read their story, listen to their songs and decide for yourself! Theyve opened for many of the best biker bands, including Steppenwolf.

Mill City Rockers can be booked for 2006 Major Motorcycle Events either through their web site, or by contacting AeroScore Records.

Biker Bands - Whos Hot?

The times have been very difficult for biker bands and rock bands. There are many reasons* for why it is difficult to make a living a musician nowadays, and keeping a band together is even more difficult. We can help. See Bikers Love Live Music

Looking forward to 2006, were expecting the best Biker Band to get launched into the spotlight will be Mill City Rockers - see article to the left.

Still Hot in Europe
Pat Savage, a very talented blues rock guitarist, has a long history of playing major motorcycle rallies. Some magazines have referred to Pat and his band as the #1 best biker band. Pat has played at the major rallies in the US and opened for many of the best biker bands. For the last couple to few years hes been in Europe and South Africa. In 2006, his band will be playing at the 4th Annual Spirit Bike Week in Luxembourg,HDC Norway Super Rally 2006, HOG Norwegian National, HOG Poland Wild West Days, HDC Arnhem Harley Day, HOG Alpes Cucaracha Run, HOG Bergen Bike Week Norway, and more.

Available ?
Available Jones had a good act and was doing well as a local band in North Carolina. We havent heard much from them since they went through some personnel changes in 2005. Hopefully, well hear more from some of the talented musicians in 2006 and we wish them well.

A Step Further - doing their thing in Laguna, CA.

Billy Gordon and the Blue Rockers plays major biker events in the USA, from Sturgis to Laughlin to Daytona Bike Week. Covers lots of Stevie Ray Vaughn, Doors, Who, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix.

Calibur - disbanded in 2005.

Magic Red - Had a good schedule in 2005. Red cooks on the guitar and has a Satriani style. Im asking the biker subculture to send me some feedback on their live performances. They frequently appear at the George Inn, Vernon NJ. See New Jersey Bikers.

Oozie Blues Band - Southern California. See California Bikers. Oozie Blues has a good sound, and they often do benefit performances.

Calibur featured my good friend, Travis Leigh on lead vocals. Unfortunately, they broke up in 2005. We really need to get behind and support locally performed live music and biker bands before they are permanently extinct.
