"At 9:00 AM EST, at the Headquarters of The Wounded Warrior Project, Jacksonville, Florida, Saturday, June 2nd, 2007, we will begin a 10,000 mile motorcycle ride for America's severely wounded military personnel. The Ride will go from Florida to Maine, to Washington State, down the West coast to San Diego, CA, and back to Jacksonville through the Southern tier of states. It is expected to cover 29 states and take from 20 to 30 days, depending upon weather and other conditions beyond our control. "This Ride is to help keep the plight of some of our most severely wounded soldiers uppermost in the American people's minds and hearts. Anyone who supports this mission is more than welcome to join the Ride at any point, for any distance. Some few, hardy souls will complete the entire 10,000 miles.
